Captain Marvel is currently one of the most anticipated movie in the whole Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) alongside with the Avengers 4 which will both be released in 2019. It was officially revealed last Saturday that the second Captain Marvel movie trailer will be released this week along with the trailer of the Avengers 4.
Captain Marvel’s time frame is over a decade before the events of Iron Man in the year 2008, as future SHIELD boss Nick Fury encounters a superhero for the very first time. We also see Brie Larson starring as Carol Danvers also known as Captain Marvel flying throughout the space battling against enemy ships plus a younger-looking Samuel L. Jackson, Annette Bening as a Kree, and a look at Jude Law as Mar-Vell. Working with Fury’s right-hand Phil Coulson (Clark Gregg), the trio have to defend an invasion of shape-shifting aliens called the Skrulls, who are in the middle of a secret invasion of planet Earth.
Disney’s Marvel Studios is set to introduce its first female superhero lead in Captain Marvel and will be released in Philippine Cinemas on March 6, 2019.
